Elder Mae Louise Campbell: In recognition of significant service to citizens of Manitoba, particularly for gracious and tireless promotion of the understanding and valuing of Indigenous heritage, spirituality, ceremonies and ancient ways of being, among Indigenous and non-Indigenous people alike, for the healing and advancement of community in this Province.

Pundit Atish Maniar: In recognition of significant service to citizens of Manitoba, particularly for congenial and diligent promotion of the understanding and valuing of the practice of Ahimsa (the Hindu principle of non-violence), among Hindus and non-Hindus alike, for the healing and advancement of community in this Province.
